Buffie Wellies

If you take a beef wellington, shrink it, and substitute buffalo (bison) for beef, behold the Buffie Wellie. Meal Plan March 1, 2010

Is it really March?  Does that mean the snow might melt off sometime??  There are only twenty days until spring and I am itching for the seasons to change.
