Kids Cook!
Cooking is not just for adults. By involving children with healthy seasonal cooking and eating from an early age, parents set a foundation for lifelong healthy eating habits.
Rachel is committed to educating parents and children about cooking together. She teaches Kids Cook classes to give children the chance to taste, cook and eat seasonal foods. Workshops for parents, caregivers, and the whole family are scheduled regularly.
Praise for Kids Cook classes:
“Rachel does a wonderful job integrating so many aspects of early childhood learning into her classes, using books, music, measuring and of course the senses, with yummy taste-testing!”
“I enjoyed the cooking class as much as my girls did. It was fun to watch them learn in a child friendly environment.”
“Cooking class is one of the highlights of our week.”
