I will definitely be following your blog from here on out. We have a huge patch of spearmint and chocolate mint in our back yard, but we have so much of it right now I can't find a use for it all. I've been making spearmint tea every other day and using it in mint mojitos and I've also tried my hand at mint ice cream but other than that I'm kind of stumped. Any good recipes for all that mint? One of my favorite places is the West Woods (part of the metro parks). They have a glass wall and rockers to sit in to watch all the birds that come to their feeders to eat!
