Meal Plan April 5, 2010

Mindful MenusWe didn’t meal plan last week and boy did I miss it.  It feels a little unsettling to not know what we’re having for dinner and need to run to the store all the time.  This week, though a day late, we are sticking to a plan:

Monday – leftovers for Lil, happy hour at Rigsby’s kitchen for Rachel and Alex (they have $1 oysters on Mondays)

Tuesday – grill hot dogs, potato chips, green salad

Wednesday – Roasted chicken, cauliflower gratin, roasted sweet potatos

Thursday – dinner with friends

Friday – Fish, twice baked spinach feta stuffed potatoes, applesauce

Saturday – Fresh pig (more on the provenance of said pig later this week) for a canoe trip planning potluck

Sunday – Family dinner

  • Hey there, My fruit trees are looking good, a little behind yours though. I hope the potato tower works! Are you going to be adding fertilizer? Garlic is up at least 3 inches at this point. Ahhh…spring
