OMG, Rachel! It's George Byrd, from First UU. I can't believe I came across your website while searching for duck confit on Google! I was trying to see where I could buy it pre-made in Columbus, and/or where to purchase the duck fat in bulk. I think I'm going to try roasting a duck myself and just saving the fat, as it seems to be much more expensive to buy it pre-rendered. I saw today they had ducks at Weiland's, Carfagna's and Kroger for approximately $15 each. They were all frozen and from Canada. Do you know what the price is at the North Market and if they are local ducks? Thanks for your awesome pics and post! Hope you're doing well!

xoxo,

George :)
