It's George Byrd, from First UU. I can't believe I came across your website while searching for duck confit on Google! I was trying to see where I could buy it pre-made in Columbus, and/or where to purchase the duck fat in bulk. I think I'm going to try roasting a duck myself and just saving the fat, as it seems to be much more expensive to buy it pre-rendered. I saw today they had ducks at Weiland's, Carfagna's and Kroger for approximately $15 each. They were all frozen and from Canada.
