		<description>I use a sharp knife and cut each piece individually into strips and then go across all the strips into a dice.  You could snip with kitchen scissors which would probably be easier.</description>

How the heck do you chop candied ginger?
That stuff is like gummy bears mixed with superglue. It sticks to the knife, the cutting board, and itself. Plus it&#039;s bouncy and stiff and generally resists in all ways being chopped.
Other than chopping the ginger, I&#039;m looking forward to making this. Our holiday supply (a different recipe) is about to run out.</description>

		<description>This post had me cracking up!  I once made the BEST veggie lasagna ever...and my evil food hound dog ate it..then a shoe landed in it, but that is another story.

The fruitcake sounds good, and I am going to tuck this recipe away in my files for next year when I hopefully have time to make a fruitcake, instead of just being one.
